I have been asked to do a review by Cycle Go. Firstly I purchased one of their products and after 2 weeks it still wasn’t delivered even though the website stated 2 days delivery. I followed up with the company by email, never received an acknowledgment or response. Product was delivered after that. Complete lack of communication with the customer and I believe that had I not followed up I would still be waiting for it to be delivered.
