Bike arrived damaged, 2 weeks later I am still waiting on a solution.

Great price. Great Service. What you pay for.
I saw the other review stating about the tyres. I got a flat after a month. But it's 4 euro for a replacement. This bike has been fantastic for taking on public transport and then for getting around town. I even use it for a weekend cycle. It's not a top of the range bike but I imagine that if I look after it properly I'm going to be using it for years to come.
I don't think you're going to find better bang for your buck with this.
