for two weeks ive been convinced and playing fool that bike was shipped to me and is out for delivery.
tracking number show no record and after contacting fastway they confirmed of no records of parcel only ordering a service. they play me like a fool and after i request monies back i got email from fastway that parcel was collected from shop which and i recieved bike day after. courier was ordered to collect bike from shop on 21 may but it was collected from shop on 30th may.
also as bike was damaged noone contact me to offer different bike that i would like. they dicide themeselves

Assembly is FREE for in-store collection & deliveries for orders over €1000. For orders under €1000, assembly is available at checkout for a €75 add-on.
